Standard: €6.75	Flat fee. Applies if your order is over €16 and under €100.

 

Returns:

If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website. We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of placing the order. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked service when returning your item(s), as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please make a note on the packing slip included in with your parcel with all details so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.

The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods returned. We are unable to cancel orders prior to dispatch as they are processed in real time. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order where your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order using orders@waterbabies.ie These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are damaged or faulty in any way.
