Orders are sent via standard post with An Post. This is not a guaranteed next day service with parcels usually arriving within 2-4 working days. Due to delivery challenges some deliveries may take longer than usual. Please note, an order is not classed as lost until 10 working days after posting, items can only be re-sent or refunded after this time period.

Returns:
If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website. We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of placing the order. Please make a note on the packing slip included in with your parcel with all details so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.
The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods returned. We are unable to cancel orders prior to dispatch as they are processed in real time. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order where your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order using orders@waterbabies.ie These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are damaged or faulty in any way.
